All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. All prices on this web site include shipping. 

Packages are sent first class or priority mail to destinations in the US and Canada. 

Most international orders are shipped air mail unless doing so would be prohibitively expensive, in our judgment; there is an additional charge for unusually large packages if sent air mail upon the customer's request. 

Orders usually mail out within two weeks; during especially busy times it may be up to four weeks. 

We are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. We are not responsible for address errors entered by the customer; in such a case, we will be happy to resend the order but the customer will be charged for the replacement.
